Introduction

Construction machinery can be idle due to the specific nature of projects, leading to underutilized assets. Additionally, unexpected machine breakdowns can cause project delays, impacting productivity and costs.

Goals

1. Provide a timely maintenance / flexible service solution
2. Establish a fleet networking service to minimize downtime of construction machinery
3. Utilize idle assets and respond to urgent demand
4. Support the clarification of liability in the event of an accident or damage

Context

1. Machine downs cause the work to stop until a service person comes to fix it. Sometimes, replacement parts take weeks to be delivered, sometimes customers are forced to wait for the service person to be available because the site is far from the town, or there are limited amount of experienced service person available
2. Machines that are dedicated to a specific task and they will become a cost consuming stock when that task is not needed
